This dynamic firm of Chartered Surveyors is looking to expand their head office in Oxford and bring a Graduate Building Surveyor on board and work closely with their alreadysuccessful Surveying team. The successful candidate will be primarily office based but will have regular opportunities of working across the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire areas on both residential and commercial sites. The ideal candidate will be someone who has already had handson exposure to building surveying and is looking to add to that with our client and eventually become chartered with the company. Our client already provides valuation work for a number of private sector clients among many others, and is looking to expand and grow in terms of size and brand.

The role of Graduate Building Surveyor

Main Duties include:

Shadowing a Senior Building Surveyor/Director Undertaking Homebuyer Reports Completing Building Surveys Undertaking Valuation Surveys Completing Defect Analysis works

Experience required

UK Driving Licence At least 1 years experience in Building Surveying Candidates who have started their APC training ideal but not essential Local to the Oxford/Buckinghamshire area RICS Accredited Degree
