1st Line IT Support with Dutch/Spanish/Portuguese
£22000 - £24000 per annum

We are currently working with an outsourcing company that is providing IT services to clients in different sectors and now they are looking for multilingual speakers to support them in their growth.
In this role youll be:
providing 1st level technical support related to hardware and software helping customers with phone and email queries and live chat requests recording all information into the system tracking and resolving tickets providing regular updates to customers supporting European an the UK market
