Our client, a national public sector service, have multiple fixed term contracts for Workforce Planning and Resourcing Assistant, based, are two fixed term until December 2022 , two fixed term for 18 months, and one fixed term until March 2022 available, working 35 hours a is a fantastic opportunity to join the Service’s Resourcing Team as a Resourcing salary for this role is £19721 per working is currently being supported due to COVID-19 restrictions. Agile working will continue as we emerge from the to the Team Leader, you will work as part of a small busy team supporting the day to day administration of online vacancies and include:
The posting of job adverts, coordinating interviews, preparing job offer paperwork, obtaining references, maintaining candidate tracking databases and updating systems in line with HR policies and procedures.
You will act as the point of contact for job applicants and recruiting managers and will liaise with service personnel, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries.
The ideal candidate will have a background within an HR / Resourcing administration and be a team player with good communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop.
Excellent IT skills and a working knowledge of MS Office, particularly, Word and Excel are essential.
You need to be able to work flexibly, using your own initiative, with accuracy and attention to detail within a volume orientated environment to strict deadlines and understand the need to maintain appropriate confidentiality and data protection considerations.
Applicants require to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively, confidently and courteously.
Being self-motivated and flexible would be valuable to this role.
Previous experience of working within an HR Resourcing environment and working with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Talentlink and an Employee Database Management such as iTrent would be advantageous but it’s not essential as you will be trained in how to use our note the closing date for CV's 18/10/2021 at 16:00
