Do you have experience as a Housing Procurement Assistant? Do you have strong customer service and relationship building skills? Do you have a basic understanding of property procurement? The client understands the pressures of the position and is keen to support all team members in a comfortable working condition.
The team are looking for an experienced candidate that can add quality amongst knowledgeable peers. You will assist the Acquisitions Officer in all areas of the procurement process, being at the forefront of homeless prevention in the community. You will create relationships with landlords, leaseholders, and other external companies.
Supporting the Acquisitions team in the procurement of private rented properties to reduce homelessness
Relevant software system experience to use and manage the DPS and ADAM system to procure properties from multiple suppliers
Deal with general enquires from agents and landlords to homeless applicants.
Delivering efficient, high quality customer service to a diverse client base of vulnerable applicants.
