Due to the rapid growth within our business, we have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Administrator/PA to provide admin and secretarial support to our two Operations Directors.
The ideal candidate will have excellent prioritisation and organisation skills, experience in drafting correspondence and be able to work on own initiative.
Key Responsibilities for this role are:
Devising/maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
Maintaining diaries and organising appointments.
Organising and attending meetings, ensuring the manager is well prepared and occasionally travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings.
Arranging travel and accommodation.
Dealing with incoming emails and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Operations Directors.
Provide general assistance for Operational meetings, producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
Organising and facilitating events and conferences.
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
To run and analyse data reports from the Upskill platform to ensure that outstanding tasks are dealt with in a timely manner by the Operational Teams.
Collating and filing expenses.
To create, order and maintain all necessary filing systems in relation to Operations.
Excellent communication skills, confident in talking to people at all levels
Strong IT skills, particularly MS Word and Excel
Ability to multi-task
Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
Enthusiastic, with a positive attitude
