Extensive and complex calendar management, coordinating meetings and events.Handle various correspondence that is sensitive and confidential in nature.Process check requests via SAP.Process E-setups.Travel Coordination.Expense reporting.On-boarding on new employees and/or supplemental staffing.Supporting off boarding of employees and contractors.Ordering and managing supplies as requested.Create and execute purchase order requests.Coordinate service requests (JLL).Perform general administrative duties to include but not limited to photocopying & mailing.Support training administrative requirements through eLearning.Manufacturing production meeting, single use facility department meeting and supply chain department meeting preparation.Preparation of Weekly 4 Box file for Tier 3 Production meeting.Other duties as assigned.
