Client Partner

A global powerhouse in the social media industry is looking for a Client Partner to join their team in London on a 12 month contract.

Role Overview

The scope of the role is to strengthen consulting firms partnerships in the UK market in order to deliver mutual business and client value.

The successful candidate will have experience in an agency, consulting firm or a sales environment as well as demonstrated experience developing and selling cross-network marketing solutions. But above all must have experience working with social media platforms such as ads manager and business manager.

Strategic and creative thinker, innate problem-solving and resourcefulness are keys to success in this role in addition to thriving in ambiguity. A high degree of emphasis will be placed on unlocking new paths of growth and support that scale for all the partnerships.

The successful Client Partner will work collaboratively with sales, sales ops, product marketing, creative shop, marketing teams and the global consulting firm leads to ensure we are meeting client and partner needs globally, regionally and locally. This person will deeply understand the needs of our partners', clients' and the business so they can represent a unified perspective and articulate the value of the solutions and programs.

What you will do

  • Develop and scale solutions that support the digital transformation and growth of industry sectors while mapping to the company and partner capabilities.
  • Implement best practices for partner & client interaction, supporting sales / services for the company.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and strategic decision-making on behalf of the consulting firm partnership model.
  • Localise (UK Market) the partner communications program designed to increase awareness of relevant product launches, news announcements and future partnership opportunities.

What you will bring

  • Most importantly is to have experience working with social media platforms.
  • Exceptional project management, prioritisation, and organisational skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the UK consultancy sector
  • Complex programme management experience
  • 7-10+ years professional experience (marketing, media, consulting experience preferred)
  • Exceptional project management, prioritisation, and organisational skills
  • Ability to transform insights and opportunities into ruthlessly prioritised action plans
  • Experience defining KPIs / delivering high-quality results in a rapidly changing business environment
  • Proven track record of working with and influencing multiple stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, including executives
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience speaking in front of large audiences with authority
  • Experience with Keynote, PowerPoint, and Excel are essential

Experience of the below would be beneficial

  • Ability to transform insights and opportunities into ruthlessly prioritised action plans
  • A network within the UK consultancy sector
  • Proven track record of working with and influencing multiple stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, including C-Label executives
  • Experience defining KPIs / delivering high-quality results in a rapidly changing business environment
  • Years of experience require experience in Consulting or Marketing
