We are looking for a Data Administrator to join our Property Team as we strive to implement a customer-led approach to the way we manage and maintain our properties.

As a Data Administrator, you will be collecting, recording and analysing property data, acting as the system and data subject matter expert supporting the wider Property Team.

Reporting to the Business Support Manager for Property you will play a critical role in supporting our aim to drive insightful and actionable ‘trusted’ data throughout our business alongside the Information & Improvement Analyst.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

* Have the knowledge and confidence to be the “super user” offering support and advice as a data champion

* Be confident in Excel, with a natural strength for working with data and spreadsheets

* Provide trusted data to support and promote continuous improvement in the Property Team, increasing customer satisfaction

* Be highly organised, able to balance and prioritise the administrative requirements of your role

* Build excellent working relationships and collaborate effectively with the Information & Improvement Analyst, Business Intelligence Manager and across the Property Management Team

* Support our Investment Team with their investment programme, using your strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills and great attention to detail.
