We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to build and maintain the company brand and through email campaigns, social media, web site content and other marketing initiatives, help generate new business and retain existing customers. The successful candidate will have a marketing background and excellent communication skills both written and verbal together with an ability to understand our product base (enough to create interest) and be highly selfmotivated.
This role will report to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
The responsibilities of this role include:
Managing and executing the day to day marketing of the company and its product portfolio Working directly under the Sales & Marketing Manager Working closely with Business Development Managers Monitoring and controlling the marketing budget Managing email campaigns & lists to ensure GDPR compliance Generation of leads & capturing sales lead data in Microsoft CRM system Working closely with product managers to ensure a steady flow of product news through digital channels, social media and printed media. Coordinating with external PR resources Working with graphic designers and writers to produce marketing material (print & digital) Coordinating digital marketing campaigns including liaison with website developers on PPC & SEO campaigns Maintain and grow social media presence Promotion of events and products through email and social media Managing the logistics for conferences and exhibitions
