Customer Service Representative
Telephone sales (Outbound warm calls).
09.00am – 19:00pm (1-hour lunch).
Monday – Friday.
All training provided.
- Keeping to targets and managing KPI's.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers (Warms calls)
- Operate the outbound lead generation process (From customer enquiring via email , on the website all through warm leads)
- Arrange appointments and meetings for sales team
- Work to daily / weekly targets.
- THE ABILITY TO EARN OVER £1000 A MONTH IN BONUS!!!!
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Good time management and organisation.
- A proactive and flexible approach
- Strong IT skills and the ability to grasp new systems.
- Good attention to detail with accuracy and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills both in writing and verbally at all levels.
- A team player with the ability to work under pressure in order to meet strict deadlines
- Confident and customer-focused in communicating both by telephone and face to face
- A high level of customer service experience and ability to demonstrate use of initiative in order to aid departmental productivity.
