We’re launching a new brand called Spoka (spoka.com), which changes the way entrepreneurs and small businesses communicate and collaborate. We push boundaries, create massively scalable marketing programs, and communicate differently than most B2B brands. This is where you come in. As Brand Manager, you will be the editor-in-chief of all of our product and brand touch points – from web copy, to social media, to blog posts, to product videos and customer support scripts. By defining our brand voice and empowering our global team, you will ensure all communications are on-brand, and build value into Spoka.

Lead the brand development and brand marketing for Spoka to successfully position the brand against competitors, across multiple countries and cultures -Clearly and precisely define the Spoka brand standards – this includes our tone of voice and visual identity, but even more importantly, all product and service touch points across the customer experience -Collaborate with the global team to create strong awareness and recall of Spoka via advertising, PR, and digital communication to the target demographics. Spoka should be known and loved by SMBs and entrepreneurs who need to simplify their communications -Own and/or develop relationships with agencies, freelancers, and content creators to create high-quality, on-brand, buzzy content – think articles, photos, videos, and more – to build our brand digitally -Empower the Spoka organization to be ambassadors for the brand. Brands are most successful when all employees believe in and live the brand standards. You will be responsible for ensuring our team knows, loves, influences, and represents the Spoka brand -Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice through developed standards and process -Keep up to date on market and industry trends, ensuring that Spoka’s voice remains constantly relevant Key Results Areas

Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position, including at least 2 years with a global scope -Strong project management with exceptional organization skills and precise follow up -Exceptional verbal/written communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex ideas into easily understandable concepts for communications -Openness to deal with ambiguity and a passion for solving new and unfamiliar problems -Comfort with “failing fast”, regrouping, and trying again until we succeed
