Location: Hemel Hempstead, HP2 7DE

Salary: £23,000 per annum

Hours of Work: Mon - Fri 8:30 - 5pm

Our client was founded in 1996, for the purpose of offering an alternative range of snacks and soft drinks to the consumer, compared to the mainstream readily available brands. Customer Service Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Customer Services Manager
  • Assist the Customer Services Manager with projects that arise and associated customer service tasks
  • Develop a good working relationship with the Customer Services Manager and the Customer Services team
  • Liaise with Operations and Telesales when required
  • Supporting the Customer Services Manager with supervision of staff and ensuring daily reports are completed by the customer services team
  • Being the first point of contact for all escalated customer queries
  • Supporting and Maintaining relationships with customers
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow potential problems through to resolution

Customer Service Supervisor Requirements:

  • 12 months previous experience as a Customer Services Supervisor or minimum 2 years as Assistant to Customer Service Supervisor
  • High level of customer service skill
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to solve problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
