Global HR Systems Analyst, Oxford, up to £40,000 pa

Role purpose:

You will be responsible for managing HR systems projects and system led project activities to ensure the HR function gets the most from their HR systems.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work with various HR stakeholders to define the system requirements of HR system

  • Maintain Global HR Systems training materials, user and systems procedures, guidelines and documentation and provide systems training to key HR and nonHR users

  • Complete business requirement specifications (features, user stories) by creating Project Initiation Documents (PIDs) and other related documentation as needed

  • Provide support for all new HR systems functionality deployments, including quarterly releases, and provide the team with user acceptance testing plans, scripts and coordinating communication plans

  • Support Global HR Systems Manager with general HR systems and operational activities

Essential skills: * An understanding of HR Operations teams and their responsibilities

  • Have indepth experience of HR processes from working on HRIS cloud applications

  • Strong understanding of Project Management, IT project delivery life cycle and development processes

  • Excellent Data/business analysis experience

  • Good attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills, organized, a good problem solver, keeping stakeholders informed on the status of queries, issues, and concerns

  • Proficient in MS Office skills Project, SharePoint, Visio, Excel

Desirables skills:

  • Have SuccessFactors certification (SFX/Associate) in Employee Central & LMS

  • Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts and best practice for system change management

  • Experience in using SaaS softwares such as SuccessFactors, ADP Payroll, eArcu, and document management applications etc.

  • Experience in formulating business cases/ROI

  • Experience of providing systems training / Learning delivery

  • Experience HRIS cloud implementation
