This is an operational role that requires interaction with many internal stakeholders and direct contact with our customers.

Focusing predominantly on the creation, maintenance and invoicing of service contracts in the companys SAP system. The role involves dealing with contract and billing enquiries from our team of Customer Service Managers, our Customer Service Centre as well as directly from the end customer. The role also requires participation in the invoicing of goods and services provided on a time and material basis.

The main duties include:

Accurate and timely creation, maintenance and invoicing of customer service contracts with ownership of contract administration throughout the product lifecycle for specifically assigned corporate accounts and customers based within an assigned regional territory. In addition there is a requirement within the role to provide additional support to colleagues during peak working periods or periods of absence.

Participation on a Rota basis in the resolution of queries received from customers and internal stakeholders via telephone and the team group email inbox.

Accurate and timely generation of purchase orders to acquire goods and services from third party organisations and other business units to ensure the successful delivery of our maintenance and support services.

Participation in the time and material billing process by utilising the reporting functions available on SAP to ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing.

Requesting the creation/amendment of customer accounts through the provision of standard customer information to ensure business development takes place within a controlled risk environment.

Resolution of customer invoice queries in a timely manner to ensure effective customer relationships are maintained.

Actively look for process improvements to streamline the contract administration function to ensure we continue to provide the best service to our internal and external stakeholders.

Completion of ad hoc tasks as directed by the Business Administration Team Lead.
