French Sales Administrator
Up to £18000 per annum
We have a fantastic opportunity for a French Speaking Sales Administrator to work for a dynamic, progressive vibrant organisation who are a leading worldwide supplier. Our client offers a warm and friendly working environment, new swanky offices, breakout area with a pool table, free parking, career progression, 20 days plus 8 statutory days, you then earn 1 extra day per year of service to a maximum of 25 days. This role is commutable from Stoke on Trent, Stafford, Stone, Eccleshall, Newcastle under Lyme, Penkridge, Cannock, Burton and Walsall.
As the French Speaking Sales Administrator, you will order items for customers jobs either via a purchase order sent to the supplier, or buying directly from suppliers websites or eBay To chase suppliers for order confirmations / invoices As the French Sales Administrator you will make sure that the goods are paid for, either via PayPal or via an invoice to the relevant person As the French Sales Administrator you will send a payment confirmation out to the supplier to ensure the goods are sent as quickly as possible To provide the salesperson with an update on any item sent for a repair As the French Sales Administrator you will get a tracking number from the supplier for the goods purchased To deal with any issue with any incoming shipment from a supplier i.e. customs issues To assist with the logistics area of the business (if required) As the French Sales Administrator you will be reordering parts, or chasing replacement parts and tracking them, for parts that have stopped working under their warranty Chasing credit notes from suppliers for problem jobs Diverting telephone calls on the main switchboard to other members of staff Updating the VIEW system with extensive notes for each job, so that everyone can see at a glance, what is happening with each job. As the French Sales Administrator you will be organising collections/ creating labels if necessary, from suppliers to fulfil orders Assisting with urgent requests from salespeople to establish whether potential orders can be fulfilled
Fluent French is essential a native speaker would be preferred however this is not essential Strong customer service skills Would consider a language graduate who in fluent French Dynamic and passionate individual Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with people on all levels Be able to work in a busy and demanding environment
This role would suit people who also have the following experience: French graduate, fluent French, French speaking customer service, French administrator.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am 4:30pm / Friday 7:30am 3:00pm
Salary: £18,000 per annum
