Flexible Benefits Administrator
A well established IFAs Employee Benefits Arm are now looking to add an Experienced Flexible Benefits Administrator to their London office.
You must have at least 2 years Employee Benefits experience to be considered for this position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Data processing including managing extensive spread sheets First point of contact for employees and scheme members via telephone, email or other written correspondence for daytoday enquiries; Administration of both annual and monthly benefits window using inhouse platform software; Delivering ongoing communication to employees during benefits window Maintenance of clients benefits platform to ensure data remains accurate; Examining for accuracy monthly invoices from benefit providers before distributing to clients
