Pastry Chef de Partie job Monday to Friday Private Members Club Green Park
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie, and to work for our client a gentlemens Private Members Club based in St. Jamess near Green Park (London)
The ideal Pastry Chef de Partie will work:
Monday to Friday and contracted to work for 39 hours per week; extra hours paid as overtime
The 39 working hours are over 5 days and includes 4 double shifts and 1 straight shift per week
Starting working time is 9.00am until 2.30pm and from 6.00pm to 9.00pm and the Pastry Chef de Partie will be out by 9.30pm
Generally closed at weekends, apart from 610 Saturday parties per year, plus closed for 3 weeks in August and 10 to 14 days at Christmas/New Year and Easter
Classical British cuisine with European influence and the ideal Pastry Chef de Partie will produce 40% savouries and serving 5 areas including 3 private dining rooms and a la carte restaurant
The Pastry Chef de Partie will a basic annual salary of £24,000 per year plus a generous service charge and a nonwork related Christmas bonus of around £700/1000 per year
Meals on duty and uniform provided as well as Group Pension Plan, Life Cover and Health Insurance
The Pastry Chef de Partie can either start straight away on permanent basis or attend a 1 week paid trial and make a decision soon after
