Our global client have enlisted Portfolio HR to support them in finding an experienced Resourcing Advisor to join their team on a fixed term contract basis of 6 months with the potential for this to turn into a permanent role. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter to support a progressive business at a critical time in their growth and development.

The Resourcing Advisor will report into the Resourcing Partner and will play an integral part in the attraction, recruitment and retention of talent into the business, being the first point of contact for Line Managers, as well as having responsibility for the following:

Direct sourcing of high calibre candidates for operational, commercial and corporate support functions Building talent pools for both high volume and niche roles in challenging recruitment markets Using a variety of resources to attract suitable candidates including networking events, active database mining, LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards to build and manage talent pools. Guaranteeing a top class candidate experience, by ensuring processes are well managed and supporting continuous review to ensure they remain fit for purpose Build and maintain effective relationships with Line Managers and stakeholders, maintaining and honest and transparent approach to encourage trust and credibility. Tracking key resourcing metrics, including time and cost per hire and quality of new hires Using the Applicant Tracking System to maintain accurate records and process management within the system Identifying and analysing recruitment trends and working with the Resourcing Partner to develop effective solutions to address these trends

In order to be considered for this role, it is essential that you have recruitment experience, whether from agency or an internal role, as well as the following:

Experienced in endtoend recruitment across a variety of disciplines, including volume roles as well as niche Sound knowledge of resourcing best practice Demonstrable experience of utilising various methods to increase direct sourcing and reducing costs of third party suppliers. An experienced interviewer, with an ability to coach and develop lessexperienced line managers Previous use of applicant tracking systems Experienced in 3rd party vendor relationship management (i.e. recruitment agencies) Demonstrable understanding of relevant employment law.
