Protocol are proud to work with an innovative forwardthinking Training Provider currently seeking an Assessment Manager who is looking for a rewarding and inspiring career.

Role responsibilities As an Assessment Manager, you will support and lead a team of (up to) 8 Assessors to ensure that our learners the IT leaders, innovators and visionaries of the future are progressed to achievement in a timely manner and their pastoral care needs are fulfilled. You will work collaboratively with the Head of Training & Assessment and Operations Manager to identify and resolve issues affecting learner progress, ensuring that our learners are achieving maximum results at EPA.

This role involves (but is not limited to):

Day to day management of the Assessment Team; Monitoring starts and assigning an assessor to each new start, maximising caseloads of hierarchy; Working with a team on existing and new standards, identifying support and training to maximise team development; Identifying any learners not progressing and implement resolutions to fix this working with all relevant stakeholders; Working with Head of Training & Assessment in improving processes, practices and sharing knowledge to improve the assessment team; Managing data management systems to ensure accurate, up to date information is being collected in line with the learners progress; and Working with internal Quality Assurance in the implementation and continuous improvement, monitoring and driving the right first time agenda. The person & qualifications Do you have a minimum of 12 months experience in the education/apprenticeship sector?

Do you have demonstrated people management experience (minimum 12 months)?

Are you a qualified education professional with relevant teaching or assessment qualifications?
