1st Line Helpdesk
Up to £20000 per annum
Do you have IT Helpdesk, First Line or Desktop Support experience and want to work for a large organisation in the IT Department that offers excellent training and career opportunities.
Supporting a busy IT department for a National Organisation in Cowley, Oxford, you would be involved in all areas of customer service and IT system related support for fellow Branches and Central Support Staff, ensuring that any system or operational queries are answered, logged and resolved in a timely fashion and that Company objectives are met. The 1 st Line Support must therefore be highly selfmotivated, selfstarting, and capable of both working effectively on their own and as part of a team. You should show a flexible and committed attitude, have telephone customer service experience and the motivation to succeed in delivering an excellent service. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
