Our UK headquarters is based in Worcester where all the main functions of the business are located including the manufacturing of gas boilers. We have a further site in Clay Cross Derbyshire where our oil boilers are manufactured.
Build and maintain customer accounts across multiple industry sectors i.e. installers, contractors, councils, housing authorities, specifiers, architects, merchants, developers and utilities. -Achieve defined targets across product range. -Develop innovative ways to increase sales and improve customer experience to maximise profitability and revenue. -Support the Regional Sales Manager & Key Account Director on a variety of tasks. -Key Account Manage customers of strategic importance. -Pro-active approach to CRM by implementing best practice and achievement of business goals. -Utilise our Customer Relationship Management tool to record customer interactions and key attributes (Purchase Potential / Share of Wallet etc). -Achieve the targeted call ratio and mix. -Confidently present company topics to varying clients. -Effectively utilise the regional demonstration vehicle. -Ensure effective launch of new products and services into the area. -Arrange and participating in customer events such as new product launch evenings -Attend exhibitions and trade events when required. -Plan and schedule Merchant activity within Merchant branches and support their training needs including products, services and training to their customer base. -Manage structured meetings with Merchant Branch Managers to ensure set agenda is met to benefit both parties. -Maintain a social media presence for all customer groups, utilising a variety of platforms to promote products and services. -Work within defined Direct Contract Support levels. -Support our associated departments (Service, Marketing, Product Management, Logistics, Training, Internal Sales etc.) in dispute resolution between our core customers and the consumer. -Employ effective time management to plan appointments and complete Monthly reports and expense claims.
Detailed knowledge of industry, heating market, network and key contacts. -Good understanding of customer base, purchase potential and market. -Knowledge of relevant legislation and technical issues. -Knowledge of Worcester Bosch products, services and promotions.
