We support over 2500 individuals with a variety of needs, some may have physical and/or learning disabilities and Mental Health some with limited verbal communication and some with challenging behaviour.

Each person we support is unique so each support role will be different to the next, giving you the chance to really make a difference in that individuals life.

Sessional Worker Responsibilities:

Sessional Worker Requirements:

  • Previous experience is great but a full training program is offered to everyone who joins The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, so even if this is a new career path for you, we would love to meet you.
