Administrator / Receptionist

Location: Smethwick

Salary: £18-20k per annum

Hours: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm (flexible between 8am-6pm)

Responsibilities of the Administrator / Receptionist:

  • Handle customer enquiries ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided
  • Ensure sales orders are dealt in a timely fashion
  • Process all customer orders onto the computer in compliance with Company procedure
  • Assist with the filing
  • Obtain feedback from customers regarding quality and level of service to customers
  • Keep stock updated
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Create and send Invoices
  • Any other duties as required

Requirements of the Administrator / Receptionist:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Good communication skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively, a willingness to develop and learn new skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to work flexibly to meet business demands
  • Driving License (Preferably)
