Financial Administrator

We are working with a market leader which is a growing corporate financial organization, which is expanding all their support teams within the administration areas.

  • This role is completing the day to day administration of the Investments and Asset that are held within the company.

The duties:

  • Handling the registration and transfers of Investments and Assets on a day to day basis.
  • Processing transactions
  • Completing information sheets for clients
  • Updating spreadsheets and recognising errors within the spreadsheets that may need checking
  • Identifying any clients that may have missing, noncompliant or out of date paper work.
  • Assisting any other the other teams members that may need help with their workload
  • Obtaining valuations and providing quotations to the Adviser when requested by the client.

Experience:

  • For this role you will need to have worked within a Financial Services environment previously, this can be from either a Provider or Independent within any capacity of admin.
  • Have a strong attention for detail
  • You need to be able to confidentially work with an Excel spreadsheet.
  • Organised and good time management skills
  • You need to have strong communication skills written or verbally

This is a super company that will support you through any exams that you which to carry out that is industry relevant.
