Permanent (Full time)
Our superb client, with offices based in Peterborough, is seeking a Customer Service Sales Support Administrator to join them on a permanent full time basis working - Monday to Friday owing to business growth.
As Customer Service & Sales Support Administrator, you will work within a busy customer service team, processing sales order, dealing with inbound customer queries, dealing with customer complaints, making outbound service calls, producing customer invoices, supporting the UK sales team with producing quotations, stock checks, liaising with internal teams to progress chase to keep customer updated and general office administration.
To be considered for the Customer Service Sales Support Administrator position, you will have worked in a similar customer centric role and will have exceptional English verbal & written communication skills. You will thrive on working as part of a team and will have excellent attention to detail. You will have previous experience of working within a manufacturing company in customer service and giving technical customer advice.
