Are you an experienced lead generator or Telemarketing professional? Are you looking for an exciting and challenging new opportunity?
Due to our continued growth in the design-led commercial fitout market, we are now seeking a tenacious and enthusiastic B2B Telemarketing and Research Executive to complement our Business Development activity.
You will have experience in a similar role, preferably in the commercial fitout and construction industry, looking to take your next step, working within a dynamic and rapidly- growing company.
In this fantastic opening, you will have the chance to make a real impact on our business growth plans.
The company is a multi-disciplinary design and build company, working in the Gatwick Diamond, Southern regions and Central London. We provide a comprehensive and detailed design service to our clients, including space planning, preparing 3D models and visuals, interior design schemes and bespoke furniture.
The main purpose of the role is to qualify and develop lead information, from various sources within the industry, utilising analytical tools to help you fulfil this role effectively.
The role includes:
Conduct outbound calls to clarify information received from market intelligence.
Work closely with the Business Development Manager to qualify leads from networking sources, such as commercial agents, project managers and existing customers.
Identify opportunities, qualify prospects and establish decision-maker.
Present telemarketing and lead generation performance data for weekly review.
Ensure all data relating to Telemarketing/research is up to date and records are amended as : Telemarketing | Business Development | Telesales | Researcher | B2B | Sales | New Business | Networking | Negotiation | Construction | Commercial Fitout | BDM | IT Literate | MS Office | Telephony | CRM | Design & Build | Lead Generation | Data | Reporting

Inquisitive nature and an appetite to research opportunities.
Pro-active Business Development or Sales background.
Experience in engaging with prospects and holding good business conversations with directors and business leaders.
Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
Functional use of MS Office, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn and utilise sales tools specific to the company.
Able to demonstrate self-motivation to improve knowledge and skills through personal research and Skills
Experience with CRM systems.
