Permanent (Full time)
Ongoing temporary role supporting a large business going through an exciting period of change.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will support delivery of the HR service, partnering people managers across your designated business area.
This is a true generalist role that will include all of the following accountability's:
- Proactively assist people managers in the management of employment relation issues
- To support the delivery of the recruitment and selection process across the business area.
- Advise, support and coach people mangers in relation to employment law and performance management issues
- Support to the wider HR Team to achieve its objective in relation to the directorates business plan and other related projects for which some project management experience would be an advantage
- Produce and analyse management information relating to staff turnover, sickness absence etc.
- Liaise with people managers regarding staff probationary reviews
