Salary reviews every quatre! If you have previously worked in a new business sales role, please read on. A very established firm are looking for 4 new starters within their internal sales/ lead generation team to join them in November! The environment is very outgoing and friendly so they will need someone who has a positive attitude and is incredibly money motivated. Some sales people in this business are earning over 50k a year in commission alone so there is money there to be made but if your aspiration is progression, there’s plenty of opportunities here for you to prove yourself and move into business development, account management, technical sales and sales management. You will be selling a logistics products & software. To start with, the role is very basic – you will make B2B new business calls to a variety of industries and will be accountable for building your own desk and developing some long-lasting relationships with clients on a national basis. Full training will be given from both your line manager as well as a specialist sales trainer who works for the firm so you will have 100% support at all times in order to get you making money from day 1. Responsibilities Building and developing your own pipeline of customers Targeting industries such as manufacturing, industrial, warehousing, retail, commercial and so on To win new business based on a variation of cold and warm leads handed to you via the sales office To understand customer requirements Booking appointments for customers to speak to the technical sales people within your team so they can show your customers around the system and get them buying Fulfil the whole of the companies’ sales cycle from the telephone / email enquiry to checking in with your customer to insure the product and or service has been properly delivered Skills Required Previous sales experience ideally Self-driven, results orientated and motivated Longevity in positions Strong communication skills and the ability to mix with a variety of people The ability to manage your own diary based on targets given Willingness to learn your industry and more importantly your employer inside out Thank you for your application.
