Senior Recruitment Consultant
£25,000 to £32,000 per annum dependent on experience, plus commission scheme

With a substantial network of clients and candidates across the Scottish Marketplace, we are seeking a talented Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
Our core industry strengths lie within Engineering, Supply Chain and Procurement, Logistics and Distribution, FMCG/Manufacturing and Scientific Recruitment. Our success has been achieved through a combination of the extensive market knowledge of our people, coupled with our core business strategy that allows true autonomy in business decision making.
We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant with experience in any branch of permanent engineering recruitment, who wants to join a business where they are free to identify and develop their own business strategy, based on their extensive knowledge of the marketplace in which they operate.

The Recruitment Consultant Role
You will be a driven, self-starter, able to actively target key prospective customers in your geographical area, your responsibilities will include:
Identifying business development opportunities creating an active pipeline of activity
Maintaining a positive rapport and working relationship with key account customers, ensuring relationships are nurtured and developed to facilitate further growth opportunities
Plan and facilitate recruitment
Complete regular review meetings with clients to understand business changes
Analysing and managing performance against critical metrics
Identifying areas of process improvement
Who we are looking for?
You will be a self-starter with a passionate and driven attitude
Prior recruitment experience and sales confidence is a must
You will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to build rapport quickly with clients and customers
Strong time management and the ability to prioritise workloads
You will be a strong negotiator with the ability to build your own leads and maintain a pipeline of contacts
The ability to multi-task and respond quickly to changing demands
