The Facilities Manager will be directly responsible for the provision of facilities services in one or more managed properties to best practice standards.

Client Details

Our client is a leading property management company who look after a unique portfolio in the heart of London.

The FM should consider the occupiers to be "clients" as well as the owner investor and is expected to understand the business objectives of the investment.


To understand the client's objective and instructions in relation to the estate.

Ensure that the FMs are managing overall site regulations and procedures.

Ensure that FM's establish and maintain high quality health safety and environmental arrangements in accordance with best practice guidelines.

To assist property management teams with property management expertise when preparing/pitching for new business.

To assist the wider Property Management team in the financial management of properties through the preparation of service charge budgets, the monitoring of agreed budgets to pre-defined cash limits, quarterly variance reporting and service charge reconciliation to agreed accounting practices.

To assist property management teams with re-development plans to ensure the effective and efficient running of the building from day one.


Relevant experience in managing mixed use premium assets.

Is able to demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service.

Capable decision maker with can-do attitude, takes ownership and problem-solves.

An excellent communicator and people person.

Experience of managing service providers and performance monitoring.

Holding IOSH or higher.
