Are you an experienced Account Manager who also possesses the ability to sell into existing Customers – Do you love talking to people and creating and building relationships? - please note this is not a hard sales role but a service offering to Clients, where you will be simply introducing a new concept and talking them through the process and features and benefits of the service…. There is no cold calling or heavy KPI’s! This new role has been created to work alongside the Director of this SME business to assist with the project delivery and account management of these Clients.
The role would suit someone who has an excellent background in creating relationships, the role will be home based with occasional on Client meetings. The main focus regarding Client meetings will be via virtual platforms thus the successful candidate must be able to strike up a relationship and enjoy interacting over this platform. Working with a dynamic Director your aim is to support and assist with the growing of the business as an Account Manager you will be act as the pivotal point of contact between sales, and the marketing and administration and customer care teams.
You will be an Account Manager who wants to make a difference as the product offering is one where you will be adding value to a Clients offering to their customers… thus passion is essential as it sells itself to be honest, you are just the vehicle behind it ensuring that people are aware of the offering…
The successful candidate will need to be an organised Account Manager as you will be responsible for building relationships, a caring and empathetic character is essential for this role – due to the nature of this Industry, however, you do need to be someone who loves to take accountability for their role and the tasks within them, the role has an element of project managing and a fast pace to it. A great opportunity where you will enjoy working in a small team where you are extremely hands on and enjoy working on a one to one basis with a strong dynamic Director who will guide and support you ….

Key skills we are needing for this role are:
* Experienced Account Manager working via both by phone and face to face (in a commercial environment) over virtual platforms
* Previous experience of working with commercial organisations
* Strong relationship builder with good account management skills
* Excellent customer communication skills and Zoom video call skills – the ability to come to life and be enthusiastic in a virtual meeting
* Strong computer and web literacy skills
* Be able to work on own their initiative
* Proactive approach/positive attitude
* Ability to prioritize and organise workload efficiently with high attention to detail.
* IT / Technology orientated
You will be working with a young energetic and vibrant team, so you need to be on top of your game to keep up with them!!
This Client provides a laptop and mobile phone to ensure you can work from wherever you are. Although this role is predominantly home based and national travel will be required on occasion due to visiting Clients, it should be noted that many Clients are based around the London and South East area currently, thus occasional staying overnight may be occasionally required. This is not envisaged to be a regular weekly occurrence
