Full time/ temporary - permanent

Salary: £17,500 PA - £18,500 PA

Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm/ 10:30am - 6:30pm (weekly rotation)

Ascendant Recruitment are thrilled to be recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor of behalf of their long-established client based in Brackmills. This will be a telephony customer service role, you will spend the majority of your day speaking to customers on the phone (not sales) booking in deliveries. We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, confident on the phone and who want to gain permanent employment. This will be a temporary - permanent contract. If you have customer service and/or telephone experience - this is the right role for you!

Responsibilities of Customer Service Advisor:

Handle incoming telephone calls from customers, ensuring calls are answered promptly and professionally dealing with a high volume of inbound and making outbound calls (not sales)
Update local systems ensuring that full details are maintained of contact with customers and relevant notes of any discussions
Maintain customer service emails and ensure that responses are provided within a timely manner
Understanding individual needs of the customers, able to act compassionately, whilst showing empathyTo be successful in the role of Customer Service Advisor, we are looking for the following qualities/ experience:

Demonstrable customer service experience
Telephone experience
Empathetic, calm and professional
Committed and looking for a long-term career
