We have a dedicated team of over 100 people incorporating marketing and purchasing, warehouse and showroom staff, all offering incredible customer service at every stage of the customer journey.
We are now looking to hire a Customer Resolutions Advisor to best support our customer care and retention efforts. This is a newly created position that has come about due to rapid growth and current expansion.
- Salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum
We are looking for dedicated and passionate customer care and resolution professionals to join our award-winning company. You’ll need to have experience of working face-to-face, via the phone and through live chat and genuinely enjoy speaking with customers, answering queries and resolving issues.
You will be dealing with purchase aftercare for our customers, dealing with any challenges or complaints that may arise and finding solutions to turn a potentially negative issue into a positive experience and interaction.

To be considered as a Customer Resolutions Advisor, you will need:
- Experience of dealing with customers face-to-face, over the telephone and via email
- Experience of customer services
- GCSEs at grade A* - C in English Language and Maths (or equivalent)
Experience of working in a call centre environment would be beneficial to your application, as would experience managing Zendesk.
This is a full-time role working hours per week, any five days out of seven with opening hours of Monday – Friday, – 5pm and Sundays 10am – 4pm.
In the future our call centre will look to extend our opening hours from 7am – 9pm expanding our staff rota accordingly.
