Internal Sales Co-ordinator required for an exciting opportunity with my client, a global leader in the design, installation and servicing of products for the water industry such as wastewater treatment and flood protection systems.

This role will suit a candidate with commercial experience who has excellent communication skills, able to build relationships easily and wants to work as part of a team dealing with project enquiries.

Internal Sales Co-ordinator responsibilities:

  • Respond to general sales enquires that are received by phone, e-mail and letter.
  • Ensuring proposals are submitted on time and are followed up to answer any commercial questions.
  • Negotiation with clients regarding price, terms and conditions and delivery.
  • Work closely with bids and proposals team and update internal processes.
  • Administer all relevant paperwork for orders received, place orders and co-ordinate requirements with suppliers and logistic providers, update CRM system to reflect current status of orders and liaise with customers with regards to delivery dates, outstanding monies and / or technical information that may be required to fulfil the order.
  • To carry out the necessary follow-up procedure by telephone, e-mail etc on products as and schedule service visits for product
