Customer Service Assistant


Based in Huntingdon

£18,000pa pro rata depending on experience

Do you have exceptional customer service experience?

Do you have strong attention to detail and confident administration skills?

Our client is seeking Customer Service Assistant to join their Team on an initial 8-month contract which could be extended to a permanent opportunity.

The role will involve supporting the sales administration and processing customer orders as well as invoices, ensuring that all sales orders are processed accurately.

You will be:

  • Managing and responding to email enquiries.
  • Inputting data onto the relevant systems.
  • Liaising with contracted hauliers and couriers.
  • Managing, organising and update relevant data.

The successful candidate must:

  • Have excellent administration skills.
  • Have strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Be highly organised.
  • Have good IT skills, including knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
