This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SALES MANAGER to sell a proprietary range of SAFETY SYSTEMS into the UK construction sector. You will be working for an established player in the sector with the enviable back up and support of a multi national organization with its own manufacturing facilities producing a complimentary portfolio of Site Edge Protection, Fall Protection & Loading Platform solutions. The OTE is anticipated to be in the region of £40-50k plus car allowance, pension & home office facilities. As the SALES MANAGER, you will be engaged in: Selling Edge & Fall Protection Systems UK wide New business development Key account management Strategic marketing & prospecting planning Development and implement ongoing sales strategies Prepare sales budgets, forecasts & monthly targets Building relationships with strategic industry figures Ensure outstanding customer service and supply chain excellence. The successful SALES MANAGER will possess the following key skills and abilities: Selling Edge Protection Systems within the UK construction sector would be ideal Alternatively selling scaffolding or formwork systems, access solutions, construction plant or similar within construction Proven new business development & account management skills Financially astute Skilled communicator and strong, opportunistic negotiator Self-motivated and structured with a target driven approach to business development * Able to work from a home base and cover the UK construction market It is anticipated that this will be a home based position however you may prefer to be based from one of the UK sites in Kent, Surrey, Suffolk or the West Midlands.
