Band 8A - Operations Manager - RMN or Clinical Psychologist - Mental Health Charity - Surrey - Up to £52,000 per annum
Working Hours: hours per week, remote working
We are recruiting for an experienced Band 8A Operations Manager with a background as a Mental Health Nurse or Clinical Psychologist, to grow the South England hub for a Mental Health Charity. The successful candidate must have previous experience working with adult's mental health within the community.
This is a fantastic opportunity to impart your mark on a growing provider that caters to veterans and their mental health needs.
Currently, the role will be 100% remote however, you will be the registered manager for one specific site in Leatherhead, Surrey as well as the region and will be required to travel to this site a few times a week with the remaining days working remotely.

DBS paidResponsibilities of this Band 8A Operations Manager (RMN or Clinical Psychologist) role include:
To provide service and operational management of the South of England services and CTS Team
Will be the registered manager of an overnight stay treatment centre in Surrey
Line-managing up to 12 staff on a MDT, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists and administrators
Ensuring KPIs are met regarding quality, safety, access, activity, finance, staff performance and governance standards
Ensuring the quality of services to patients and improving services towards best practice standards
Taking on the responsibility of CQC Registered Manager for the South Region and identifying the most practical location for a head office/base
Providing professional leadership and taking responsibility for the development and modernisation of the service
Taking responsibility for business planning processes to ensure that clear plans are communicated, actioned, and delivered optimallyRequirements of this Band 8A Operations Manager (RMN or Clinical Psychologist) role include:
Clinical background as a Registered Mental Health Nurse or Clinical Psychologist (required)
Must have experience working with adult's mental health within the community (required)
Experience at the Regional or Multi-site level as an Operations Manager (required)
Ability to travel the South of England to the different hubs/sites
Full UK Driver's License
