Are you a French speaker with previous Account Manager experience within skincare and cosmetics? We have a new role available for someone with a passion for sales and beauty to join an innovative cosmetics brand based in London. You will take responsibility for growing sales and ensuring great working relationships are maintained with customers to guarantee top level customer experience and obtain repeat business. This role requires international travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop great working relationships with customers to grow sales and bring on repeat business
  • Gather feedback from customers and suggest areas of improvements
  • Organise f2f meetings with clients and customers
  • Report and analyse sales figures, present finding to senior managers/directors
  • Support the development of the sales strategy
  • Take management of Stock Planning and Forecasting
  • Confidently negotiate sales
  • Support development of e-commerce activity
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity and new products/launches

Experience:

  • Knowledge of the cosmetics industry with an interest in beauty
  • French speaking required (and any additional European languages)
  • Strong communicator, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Ability to travel internationally
