This is a Permanent position for an Administrator to join a prestigious client based in Kingston.

Client Details

This company based in Kingston provide high end medical services to their clients.


The Administrator position based in Kingston will involve the following tasks:

To greet visitors to the site, providing an efficient service
Process correspondence, letters, reports and other documentation
Prepare documentation for processing, including inputting or scanning
Unpack and book in all deliveries to the department
Be the main contact for all office equipment, maintenance, repairs, servicing and installation of the office
Assist the organisation's HR function by keeping personnel records up to date
Process purchase orders as required
Maintain records of parts received
Schedule dates and send reminders of component that require servicing with manufacturers
To arrange courier and shipping to clients and manufacturers as per line managers requirements
Check/enter client details onto the database
Report and respond any system faults and errors
Other tasks as requiredProfile

The successful candidate for the Administrator position will need to have the following skills and experience:

Experience of working in a similar office based administration/reception role
Be used to working in a customer facing position
Experience of working in the clinical, medical or healthcare sector would be an advantage
Strong Microsoft skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detailJob Offer

This is a Permanent role offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

This position is based on site every day working Monday- Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
