Our client is a leading provider of Purpose Built Student Accommodation. With sites UK wide they are currently looking for an experienced front of house customer service administrator to join their team in Birmingham
Your primary duty is to provide amazing customer service and front of house excellence to their student residents, prospective residents and all visitors (this could be parents, clients, investors or maintenance contractors).
Additionally, providing outstanding administration and coordination support to the accommodation & operations team.
This role is extremely varied, so we are looking for someone with great organisation and prioritisation skills who enjoys multitasking!
Outline of duties:
Providing front of house service to residents
Carrying out tenancy administration tasks including reporting via Excel
Handling incoming enquiries via telephone and email
Carry out viewings within the site
Preparing tenancy agreements and move in files
Assist in financial management tasks
Arranging maintenance and repairs
Assisting in student experience events eg open days, checkin/out
Assist in ensuring the site is H&S compliant at all times
In order to be considered you will need:
Previous customer service experience in a relevant sector such as student accommodation, hospitality/hotels, leisure, residential/building management
Any exposure to sales as part of this experience very useful
Excellent attention to detail
Strong administration skills including experience in Excel
Social media savvy
Well-presented and a confident communicator
Friendly and approachable attitude
Energy, drive and a positive outlook are key!
The ability to be flexible around working hours as required
Working hours hours per week - Predominantly Monday - Friday shifts between 8am and 6pm with flexibility required for some occasional weekend work throughout the year.
