What will I be doing?

As our Training Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring all administration for Government funded courses, business development and quality assurance compliance aligned to awarding body standards, is completed on time and to an exceptional standard. On a day to day basis your role will include:

* Working alongside the Training Co-ordinator to arrange and confirm all activities that are managed on Accessplanet (CRM).

* Liaison with RSS Infrastructure, providing assistance with their management of Sentinel and Non-Sentinel competencies. Also attending their monthly expiries meeting.

* Assisting with the Company finance tracker and liaising with the AMG finance department.

* Scribing for INFRA Skills team and standardisation meetings.

* Managing the Company PICs system to ensure all candidate's details are correctly uploaded.

* Assisting the BDM with work placement/group information sessions with candidates.

* Leading and co-ordinating quality assurance requirements such as candidate registrations and certificate claims and that they are processed, managed and are in place SM1 for all Funding, Awarding and Accrediting bodies.

* Supporting with the management of the training and medical diary.

* Maintaining accurate documentation (both electronically and hard copy) as required to meet criteria for compliance, audit assessments, accreditation, and funding.

* Arranging Drug & Alcohol testing as and when required, ensuring all learners are available to attend and that the necessary facilities are available.

* Carrying out Drug & Alcohol tests in line with a chain of custody rules and processes (training will be provided).

* Ensuring all funding documentation is completed for funded candidates, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is complete, details are logged on the appropriate record, and learners booked on the necessary training programmes following completion of a successful drug and alcohol test.

* Liaison with the Business Development Manager to plan future cohorts and agree D&A and Medical test dates.

* Working with the Business Development Manager to identify potential organisations/next steps for candidates and direct them accordingly. Where suitable refer to RSS Infrastructure Ltd, via the Compliance team, to complete the application paperwork.

* Where required, attending training and development courses as directed by the company.

* Achieve the objectives as set out by the General Manager.

* Where directed complete tasks as required by the business to ensure compliance, safety, or business continuity.

Hours of work

This role currently offers a 40-hour contract working between the hours of 0800 – 1800 Monday to Thursday an 0800 – 1600 on a Friday.

What experience would we like you to have?

No specific qualifications are required for this role as training will be provided. The successful candidate should be computer literate and confident in using MS Office applications and be able to demonstrate the ability to meet the needs of the role through previous experience
