Following the continued growth and success of our human health product range, an opportunity has arisen for a Trade Marketing Manager within our Human Healthcare business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, Trade Marketing Manager to join our team.
The main duties of this role will include:

  • Working with key retailers to develop strong Trade and Shopper marketing plans.

  • Playing a key role in developing awareness and growth of the brand across a range of retailers.

  • Creating and delivering marketing materials and content, completing marketing briefs on agreed activity.

  • Analysis of campaign successes, market trends, competitor activity and consumer insights.

  • Working with the Marketing Manger to ensure brand consistency and aligned marketing plans.

  • Working with the National Account Controller to ensure strong marketing plans in place across key retailers, to see ROI is maximised.

  • Being aware of industry health food claims to ensure briefs are completed effectively.

  • Attending meetings where marketing input is required for key retailers.

  • Open to a home based role with travel.

Essential Candidate Skills:

  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in FMCG, ideally coming from a Trade / Shopper marketing background with prior experience in Major Multiples.

  • You will need to work with autonomy, taking responsibility for your success in the role. As this is a customer facing role, strong relationship building and communication skill is key.

  • Experience within Health and Wellness or VMS category is desirable.

  • Commercially savvy with a genuine passion for getting the most from budget and brands.

  • A creative thinker, able to think outside of the box in order to gain an edge on competitors.

  • Excellent IT, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  • Demonstrate ability to self-motivate and manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise.

  • Drive, determination and enthusiasm.
