Work from home; Inbound Customer Services Representative supporting prestigious high street retailer. Full time and part time opportunities available

Temporary to Permanent opportunity

* Working in a friendly, fun call centre environment

* Working for an internationally recognised company taking inbound calls

* Candidates should be willing to deliver exceptional customer service

* Responding to customers emails, calls and live chats

* Fully flexible working a 40 hour week, Monday - Sunday between the hours of 8am - 9pm, working 5 days out of 7 (part time options available 24 hours a week +)

* Some positions subject to DBS checks

In return we offer

* £100 monthly attendance and performance bonus up to end of Dec

* Full paid bespoke training and on the job support from floor walkers, team leaders and trainers

* Excellent rate of pay £ per hour

You will need your own IT equipment;

Windows PC, Laptop, AppleMac or MacBook running (Sierra) or above with min 2GB Ram

Headset, 5Mbpps internet speed (Chromebrooks and Cloudbooks are NOT compatiable)
