Based in the heart of Cirencester, Siamo are pleased to have partnered with a forward-thinking provider of digital consultancy, managed services, and technology, who are looking to onboard a Business Operations Administrator on a permanent basis.

Our client specialises in bringing innovative technology to business reality and boasts over 15 years’ experience within their industry. As a Business Operations Administrator , you will work closely with the Account Manager and Projects Team to support the smooth running of daily operations.

Monday - Friday
8:30am to 5:30pm
£18,000 DOE, with salary review after probationary period.

The key responsibilities of a Business Operations Administrator, will involve:

  • Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
  • Process quotes/orders via telephone, email, and company website.
  • Clear and accurate database maintenance.
  • General operational responsibilities such as invoicing, collating documents, and upkeep of office equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plan for improvements.
  • Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in a quickly and timely manner.
  • Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures.

The ideal candidate for this Business Operations Administrator role will have:

  • Good teamworking skills but can work under own initiative when necessary.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • An organised approach and an ability to prioritise workload.
  • Excellent administration skills.
