Do you have great customer service skills? Are you a good communicator? Can you manage your own workload and think on your feet?

As Customer Service Advisor for a digital renewable energy supplier you will use chat, email, social and telephone to connect with customers offering advice and guidance, support and feedback. On a daily basis you will:

deal efficiently with a full range of customer enquiries
respond to customer feedback and share ideas on how to improve the way the company operates to continually improve service
direct customers to relevant online support, seeking technical guidance as required
develop & maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of company products & servicesIf you can answer Yes to the following then we need to be talking:

Our client is a digital energy supplier, voted 3rd in the "Top 100 mid size Companies to work for in 2021". They are also a Which? Recommended energy provider for the second year running. They deal only in clean, renewable, sustainable energy.

They are based in Bath, a short walk from the railway station, in modern, bright offices with kitchen facilities, comfortable staff break out areas, and a full social programme.

Due to COVID19, everyone currently works from home and will do so until it's safe to return to the office. Depending on how government guidelines change over the coming months, this role can either be worked from the office or a mixture of remote and office.
