We are looking for all levels of experienced Sous Chefs in the Derbyshire area to join an award winning gastro pub.

Sous Chefs and Chefs of all levels should get in touch if looking for a new rewarding opportunity.

As a Sous Chef you should have the following traits and abilities as a minimum:

* Passionate about fresh, local produce and dishes

* Experience cooking from entirely fresh produce with everything made on site

* Have experience working in a Michelin AA Rosette awarded Kitchen

* Ability to bring new, current ideas to menu creation

* Able to work effectively with a team in a busy, fast-paced environment with a positive attitude

* Pro-active & adaptive to many different tasks & situations

* High level of health & hygiene knowledge

* A strong focus on quality produce and customer experience

* Able to manage food purchasing and storage

* Able to liaise with your team on any problems during service or the operation of the kitchen

* Flexibility with hours and able to work weekends / evenings
