The Role and you
We are looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to provide generalist people management advice to managers and employees. In particular, you will be comfortable with dealing with employee relations matters, policy writing, recruitment and workforce planning.
A confident communicator, verbally and in writing, you will enjoy working as part of a busy team to collaborate on projects, and offer a flexible and responsive HR service. Ideally you will have previous experience of using HR systems, and be comfortable delivering training.
