Customer Experience Team Leader

One of the largest and most successful industrial automation manufacturing companies is seeking or a creative, solution orientated Customer Experience Team Leader that has a strong track record of delivering exceptional service within the UK industrial automation sector.
The successful candidate will be inquisitive, analytical and inspirational as a team leader and have extensive experience of working in a sales or service environment within an engineering/industrial automation organisation, able to demonstrate hands-on experience of SAP, be calm under pressure and able to manage complex orders.
Experience & Skills required
Higher level of education in Engineering (. BTEC; HNC; A-Level in Physics or Maths) or demonstrable knowledge of engineering to the requisite level
NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Customer Services / Sales or extensive commercial experience working in sales or customer order management
Proven experience working in a team leadership role, with the ability to demonstrate the management of different personalities within that team
Able to demonstrate hands-on experience of SAP complex order handling
Has worked within a contact/telesales environment, to enable coaching from a position of experience
Critical decision making

Planning and Personal organisation skills
Coaching and Mentoring skills
Able to communicate effectively at all levels including being able to present to wider audiences
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Performance management including conflict management/resolution
Able to understand and translate technical information to the requisite level to enable the training and coaching of the CE team
