Sales Executive

Core hours - 6pm - hours (the rota has some flexibility, everyone gets a mixture of earlie’s starting at and finishing at 5pm , with on a Friday and late’s starting at and finishing at 6pm, starting at 10am on a Friday)

£21k - £24k - salary would start on £21k, unless you have a proven track record in sales and relevant skills and experience, then the salary would be discussed and offered based on your experience.

There is also an annual profit share bonus

Our established, industry leading client is looking for enthusiastic, driven sales executives, who are great influencers and communicators, to join their growing, busy team.

The Role

You will be given an established base of customers to manage, which usually consists of anywhere between c50-100 customers. Your job is to maintain really strong relationships with your customers, maintain their spend, but the role focuses also on upselling to existing customers in order to grow their accounts. You ideally want to sell a variety of products and all solutions so you're the one stop shop solution for each customer!

You will be answering a lot of inbound calls, making outbound calls, answering enquiries, placing orders for customers, responding to emails, sending out quotes and setting prices.

The company trains their staff exceptionally well and there is ongoing training and various courses that they are happy to put you on, in order to progress your career.

You will need to be:

A confident communicator on the phone

An excellent relationship builder and have very strong customer service skills

A strong and confident closer - upselling to your customers

Have a technical aptitude/mindset or a quick learner to pick up the volume of product training and technical information

A good influencer

A motivated and driven

Even though it is existing customers, you still have to be proactive to upsell

Not shy asking for the close, but knowing the right time, and spotting the right sales opportunity

Interested in technology (would be beneficial - but definitely not essential)
