A 6 months+ opportunity for 4x Test And Trace Business Administrator has arisen with the local authorities in Morden.

At Tier 2 NHS Test and Trace (dealing with Covid positive case and filling in the questionnaire) this will mean you are CTAS trained (the system used by test and trace) Understanding of how Local Government works and what the RSP is responsible for.

Licensing, Food and Commercial Safety, Private Sector Housing, Noise and Nuisance, trading Standards or Pest Control experience (checking applications, taking payments, contacting responsible authorities, logging complaints, giving advice and signposting) is desirable.

Must be a competent and confident IT user as we use many systems and we are totally digital Use of Northgate M3 or Civica Flare systems.

Must be able to learn quickly and work at a fast pace remaining calm and professional at all times.

Hours of work are 9am till 5pm, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
